Overview: Attendees will learn “best” practice; from the what, why and hows of delivering mentoring successfully, to core coaching skills. As with clinical development, mentoring requires a combination of theory and practice. If you have made the decision to mentor team members this course will provide you with the skills and ongoing support in your new role.
